Conditions: - the contractor will provide the delivery date. The ordering party suggests a deadline of 14 days from receipt of the order - payment by transfer 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice - delivery cost on the contractor's side. Before submitting price information, contractors are obliged to read the details contained in the form purchase. The Ordering Party reserves the following: a) the right to terminate the Request for price information without making a choice and without giving a reason and to invalidate the Inquiry; b) the possibility of changing the conditions of the ongoing Request for price information before the deadline submitting offers; This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in relation to actions by Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1).
