POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of: a complete water jet from Semvac A/S (for closed-circuit toilets) demand for 2 pieces for a unit of the type: EN63A-018 Conditions: - payment by bank transfer within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice - delivery cost on the Contractor's side. Please specify the order completion date. One-time delivery at the expense of the Supplier. Place of delivery: POLREGIO S. A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section - HALA with headquarters in Kraków - Płaszowieul. Kolejowa 430-805 Kraków It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1). The contractor selected to perform the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - a template of the Declaration is available in the Attachments folder.
