POLREGIO S.A. Świętokrzyski Plant in Kielce invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of brand new pneumatic system and brake components for vehicles rail series EN96, type 34WE and series EN63A type 36WEa A detailed description of the subject of the demand is attached as Annex No. 2 to the inquiry. Ordering Party's requirements: 1) Form of payment: bank transfer - 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Ordering Party; 2) Delivery after the Contractor's website; The Contractor will attach attestations, certificates, quality certificates and other documents required by applicable standards and regulations to the delivered goods. The Ordering Party informs that the delivery item must be brand new, suitable for him no previously used or processed components were used in the production process. The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the folder Attachments. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
