POLREGIO S.A. Świętokrzyski Plant in Kielce invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the supply of brand new brake discs for a rail vehicle of the EN96 series, type 34WE A detailed description of the subject of the demand is attached as Annex No. 2 to the inquiry. The Ordering Party's requirements: 1) Form of payment: bank transfer - 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Ordering Party; 2) Delivery on the Contractor's side; The Contractor will attach the delivered goods: approvals, certificates, quality certificates and other documents required by applicable standards and regulations. The Ordering Party informs that the delivery item must be brand new and no previously used ingredients have been used in its production used, processed. The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder. This inquiry does not constitute an offer in within the meaning of the Civil Code.
