POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the delivery of: 1. Backpack with logo - 20 pcs. This inquiry constitutes an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Requirements for Contractors:1) The backpack must have the logo of POLREGIO S. A.2) Dimensions - height. external 43 cm, external width 30.5 cm, external depth 24.5 cm - capacity 32l3) Color - black4) Material - polyester, waterproof5) All backpack elements are closed with a zipper slider4) Warranty for manufactured items - 12 months from receipt5) Order fulfillment - delivery to the following address: POLREGIO S.A. Lubuski Zakład w Zielona Góra, 65-033 Zielona Góra, ul. Ułańska 36) Delivery - 14 days from the date of placing the order, transport at the expense of Supplier's risk as part of the remuneration, in the event of untimely delivery - contractual penalty in the amount of 1% of the net value of the subject of the contract for each day of delay, withdrawal from the contract - 20% of the value of the subject of the contract7) Form of payment - bank transfer within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued VAT invoice.
