Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice - required document - Acceptance certificate 3.1 One-time delivery at the Supplier's expense. Kolejowa 430-805 Kraków It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression in Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws EU Law No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1).
