This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The Ordering Party reserves: - the right to invalidate the procedure at any stage (without selecting offers) without giving a reason, - the possibility of changing the conditions of the inquiry for price information before the deadline for submitting price information.
