Subject requirements: 1. Desired completion date: up to 30 calendar days.2. Transport of goods at the expense and risk of the Seller, to the headquarters of the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Łuków, ul. Kolejowa 22, 21-400 Łuków).3. Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice delivery. If the invoice is delivered after the order completion date, the 30-day period will be counted from the date of delivery of the invoice to the ordering party, and in the case of delivery of the invoice before the order is completed, the deadline will be counted from the order completion date.4. A statement from the Seller that the delivered goods are brand new and free from defects.5. Required warranty is 12 months from the date of delivery to the ordering party (POLREGIO S.A.).6.
