POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the purchase of relays of the type: Relay R15-2013-23-1110-WT (110 VDC) - 20 pcs. Relay RM 84-2012 -35-1110 - 20 pcs. Relay RM 84-2012 -35-1024 - 20 pcs. For EN57, EN71, ED72, SPOT units. Please specify the order completion date. Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice. One-time delivery at the expense of the SupplierPlace of delivery: Rolling Stock Maintenance Section - WAREHOUSENul. Przemysłowa 134-200 SUCHA BESKIDZKA It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression to Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in relation to actions by Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder.
