The order includes room rental, accommodation services and full board.1. Termini place of implementation:1) Date: September 16-18, 2026.2) Location: The facility is located outside highly urbanized areas, surrounded by greenery/nature.3) Regions: Preferred voivodeships: Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Podlasie, Lesser Poland Voivodeship.4) Key condition: The facility must be located at a maximum distance of 3 km from the railway station (verification on foot according to Google Maps). 2. Conference room: Adapted to the number of participants, equipped with Wi-Fi, sound system, projector (compatible with Windows), whiteboard/flipchart and access to electricity for speaker. Technical service required during the training. 3. Accommodation (16/17/09 and 17/18/09/2026): Single rooms (approx. 17% of people) and 2-person rooms (approx. 83% of people) with full bathroom facilities.4. Meal (buffet form): 1) 16/09: Coffee break, lunch, coffee break, dinner.2)17/09: Breakfast, all-day coffee break, lunch, gala dinner.3)18/09: Breakfast, coffee break, lunch.5.
