Good morning, POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the purchase of: Denatured spirit - denatured alcohol (pack of 5 liters) - 600 liters = 120 packages. Please determination of the order completion date. Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice, one-time delivery at the expense of the Supplier, place of delivery: POLREGIO, Rolling Stock Maintenance Section - HALA, based in Kraków - Płaszowieul. Kolejowa 430-805 Kraków It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for protecting security national (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1).
