POLREGIO S.A. invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the inquiry to submit price information for the expansion of the server infrastructure in the Data Center, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order. This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. In the "Appendices" tab you will find: Annex No. 1 - Confidentiality obligation, Annex No. 2 - Declaration, Annex No. 3 - Information clause of the GDPR. To obtain the Description of the Subject of the Order The contractor must send a completed and signed confidentiality obligation. NOTE - The obligation must be signed by a person authorized to represent the company in accordance with the current excerpt from the National Court Register or by having an appropriate power of attorney to represent the company in the field of submitting declarations of will and concluding obligations.
