POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the purchase of: heating mats for the sliding door step for the 36WEa series unit (10 pcs.) catalog number of the sliding step: 3-309-0059-301. The supplier of the entire system is RFWW RAWAG. Please specify the order completion date. Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice. One-time delivery at the Supplier's expense. Place delivery:ul. Kolejowa 1, Kraków It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2022 pos. 835), b) art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1). The contractor to be selected for execution of the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration without grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder.
