POLREGIO S.A. invites all Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the purchase of: A-10 type pressure transducers - 3 pcs. Data: 0 - 10 bar0 - 10 V14 - 30 V from WIKA and a limit switch miniature type: 83135 - 4 pieces Please specify the order completion date. Conditions: - delivery cost on the Contractor's side, - payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of a correctly prepared invoice. One-time delivery at the Supplier's expense. Place of delivery: Section Rolling Stock Maintenance - MAGAZYNul. Przemysłowa 134-200 SUCHA BESKIDZKA It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, page 1). The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to submit a Declaration on the lack of grounds for exclusion - the Declaration template is available in the Attachments folder.
