Małopolska Plant w Krakow invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit price information for the implementation on August 26-27, 2026 and September 2-3, 2026 of the comprehensive service of organizing two two-day bus trips to Wrocław for employees, retirees and authorized members of their families of POLREGIO S.A. Małopolska Plant in Krakow in accordance with the requirements contained in the Draft Agreement with annexes (including the Trip Program - description of the subject of the order). This the inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The contractor is obliged to submit: 1) a cost estimate of the subject of the order; The Contractor prepares the cost estimate according to his own template, taking into account cost-related items, so that the Ordering Party has knowledge of what individual costs result from. The Contractor submits a cost estimate along with a price form constituting Annex 2.2) of his own detailed tour program, specifying the time of departure and expected return, taking into account the provisions in the Annex.
