Małopolska Plant in Kraków in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex No. 1 (OPZ). This inquiry does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The contractor is obliged to submit: 1) cost estimate of the subject of the order; The Contractor prepares the cost estimate according to his own template, taking into account cost-generating items, so that the Ordering Party knows what the individual costs result from.
