Suomen Pankki (hereinafter also "customer", "procurement entity" or "developer") requests participation applications in accordance with the procurement notice published on the Hilma announcement channel, as well as the request for tenders and its appendices, at the customer's address Turvalaaksontie 1, 01740 Vantaa, building part of Vantaa, renovation works for five tenants and demolition works of adjacent premises, as well as partial restoration/modification works ("total price contract" or "contract"). The area of the premises is approximately 1060 m². The contract includes e.g. dangerous harmful substances depreciation. An internal budget has been set for the procurement, which will not be disclosed. The contract is intended to start as soon as possible, when the necessary safety assessments have been completed (the goal, however, no later than 30.11.2026). ACCESS TO THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS IS A RESTRICTED part of the attached documents of the tender contains information that is kept secret based on the Publicity Act. Documents containing information to be kept secret are handed over to the companies selected as bidders on the target screen of the confidentiality obligation against. Based on the requests for participation, those selected as bidders will be sent a bid request and a security commitment to be signed separately with it.
