The object of the procurement is a school and daycare center in Siltamäke, which will be planned and implemented as a rental property. The project will be implemented on a plot owned by the customer at Siltakyläntie 9. The current building on the plot will be demolished, and a new one will be built in its place. school and daycare located on the same property. Based on Kasko's needs description, the school should have 650 spaces and 42 in pre-school space. The school will have grades 1-9. The use of the current building will end in the summer of 2027.
