Alternative or parallel participation requests or offers will not be accepted. The object of the procurement is Kirkkonummi's housing unit for the elderly, which includes both community housing and 24-hour service housing. The site is planned and implemented in such a way that all apartments and spaces enable the use of both forms of living. The destination is designed for the elderly, a significant proportion of whom are memory-sick. Spatial solutions must support safe movement, orientation and communal everyday life. In the design, special attention should be paid to clarity, homeliness and good controllability. We are looking for one (1) main responsible supplier in the procurement.
