On behalf of Turku Satama Oy, the procurement services of the city of Turku's corporate administration is requesting applications to participate in the competitive negotiation procedure regarding port security services. in this request for participation and they will be specified in the negotiations. The procurement procedure is two-stage. Based on this request for participation, candidates are selected for negotiations. In the negotiations, the requirements of the service and the offers are specified basis of comparison. Based on this request for participation, 5 candidates will be selected for the second phase, i.e. the negotiation phase. In the negotiations, the requirements of the service and the comparison criteria for the offers are specified. In phase 2, the candidate selected for negotiations will receive an actual request for quotation.
