Request for participation, Oulu passenger rail yard RU2 In the contract, the improvement works of Oulu's passenger rail yard will be carried out. The contract includes e.g. improvement of existing platforms, construction of a new intermediate platform, construction of two new underpasses, and changes to the electric line, safety devices and track. The contract is a joint project of the Highways Agency and the City of Oulu. The Finnish Railways Agency acts as the main developer of the project. Plans are delivered only to bidders selected for the tendering stage. For contract performance includes the entity defined in the contract documents. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in the tender documents. The acquisition will be carried out in a two-stage limited procedure. In the first stage, i.e. the participation application stage, the candidates submit applications for participation. Based on the applications for participation, bidders are selected from among the candidates who meet the eligibility requirements, to whom a request for tender is published and who can, in the second stage, i.e. the tender stage, submit offer. The tender documents contain confidential information. The public versions of the tender documents are attached to this request for participation.
