Request for participation: The main contract for the expansion project of the Hinta surface water plant The Oulu water utility (hereafter also the "Procurement unit") requests participation applications in accordance with the procurement notice and its appendices for the new surface water plant to be built in Hinta of the main contract for the expansion through a competitive negotiation procedure. The object of the procurement is the main contract for the expansion of the new surface water plant to be built in Hinta. The goal of the procurement is to secure the sufficiency of domestic water and water supply in the city of Oulu operational reliability and enables the basic improvement of the existing water plant. The contract form is a total contract. According to the plans, the Hinta surface water plant expansion project includes the construction of the surface water plant as a complete contract. A surface water plant is being built restored to working order in the overall contract. The surface water plant expansion project includes the construction of a water plant building, an underground tunnel and an underground water tank building. Gross square footage: approx. 12, 000 m². The contract includes, among other things, exceptionally demanding land works foundation construction works, construction of watertight pool and concrete structures, process and building technology, pipelines and connection tunnel. The new plant complex will be built next to the existing surface water plant. In addition, the object of acquisition can be additional work, the need of which becomes apparent during the execution of the work.
