The customer does not indicate the exact location of the rental premises to be acquired or offer them a plot of land, but the customer has presented the minimum requirements in the procurement program attached to the request for tender for the location of the premises to be offered. The customer does not accept offers where the location of the premises shown is outside the area shown. The senior center is sized for approximately 180 residents. In addition, the building will have common spaces and other spaces serving the activities and a day activity unit. The project will be implemented as a rental project, for which the contractor selected will design and build the facilities and rent them to the city for a period of 25 years.
