The customer does not indicate the exact location of the rental premises to be acquired or offer them a plot of land, but the customer has submitted the minimum requirements for the location of the premises to be offered in the procurement program attached to the request for tender. The subscriber does not accept offers, where the location of the facilities shown is outside the area shown. The senior center is sized for approximately 180 residents. In addition, the building will include common spaces and other spaces serving activities, as well as a day activity unit. The project will be implemented as a rental project, which the chosen implementer will design and build the facilities and rent them for the city's use for a period of 25 years.
