The Defence Forces Logistics Command requests a participation application in accordance with this Request for Participation and its appendices. The procurement involves purchasing Electronic Protective Measures (EPM) training systems used for training of FDF sensor operators. Requested capabilities are described below. Radar jamming capability of the EPM training system will be used to transmit false targets and jamming in radio frequencies to radar systems under training. Radar signal capability of the EPM training system will be used to transmit radio frequency signals that simulate signals transmitted by radar systems. Objective of operation is to create realistic radar signals to ESM/ELINT receivers in training use.
