The North Karelia procurement department is preparing tenders for tissue paper for ten (10) customers in the North Karelia region for the contract period 1.5.2026 - 31.4.2028 + one (1) + one (1) year with options from 1 May 2028 to 31 April 2029 and 1 May 2029 to 31 April 2030.
