Pirkanmaa's welfare area is planning to tender the service of supported housing for working-age people during 2026. The subject of acquisition the subsidized housing service is social guidance support provided to the customer's home in accordance with § 21 a of the Social Welfare Act (1301/201). The service is provided to secure the customer's housing and psychosocial well-being, and is part of the customer's individuality service package. As a rule, the service is produced in the customer's own home. The subsidized housing service that is the object of the acquisition is aimed at customers who are of legal age and are covered by the obligation to organize the welfare area of Pirkanmaa. The goal of the request for information is to get preliminary information and comments from market players to support the preparation of the acquisition. The request for information and the answers received are not binding on either party. The request for information does not oblige the procurement entity to carry out the procurement, nor responding to a request for information obliges you to make an offer.
