The Executive Office of the President (EOP) Office of Administration (OA) is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) to identify Contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services as specified herein and to determine their availability and capability. If your firm may be interested in this requirement and has performed similar projects, we request the information shown in Sections IV and V of the attached RFI. All business sizes under the applicable NAICS should consider submitting a response to this notice.
Questions regarding this RFI shall be emailed, utilizing the attached spreadsheet titled "RFI 11316026N0001OAS_Questions", to the Contracting Officer (CO), Heather Poindexter (e-mail: [email protected]), and Contract Specialist (CS), Jeanniene Warner (e-mail: [email protected]) no later than March 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Verbal questions will not be accepted.
Responses shall be submitted via e-mail on or before March 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT to the CO at [email protected], and the CS at [email protected], and must include the information requested within. Late responses will not be accepted.
This request is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation or an indication the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice. This notice is not to be construed as a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is there any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any ost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this notice.
