The Government is assessing industry interest in leasing land located at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB) in Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska, to a developer for market-facing development. Specifically, the Government is issuing this RFI to gauge market interest in a potential mixed-use Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) that includes family housing.
