Request for Information (RFI) (Invitation to Participate in a Market Survey) Subject: Request for Information (RFI) - Community Nursery Infrastructure and Materials Dear Sir/Madam, UNDP Samoa is conducting a market survey to identify potential suppliers and obtain indicative budgetary information for the establishment of a community nursery under the Renewable Energy for Biodiversity Restoration and Community Livelihoods Project. The scope may include water storage systems, shaded nursery structures, seedling benches, irrigation accessories, nursery materials, tools, PPE, signage, and associated installation services. Interested suppliers are invited to review the attached RFI Questionnaire and submit their response through the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal no later than 23 July 2026 via https://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org. Responses should include the complete questionnaire, company profile, product catalogs, indicative pricing, technical specifications, delivery lead times, and any relevant experience with similar projects.
