The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in accordance with the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) ZB-P-LEC for the Government of El Salvador is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of:
Developing an Installation Design Plan within El Salvador (RFI SOW § 4.3)
Manufacture and Deliver the Commercial Furnished Equipment list (RFI SOW § 4.4, RFI SOW Attachment II)
Performing in-country removal of old navigation and communication equipment (RFI SOW § 4.5)
In-country Installation of all navigation and communication equipment (RFI SOW § 4.5)
Conducting Verification and Validation (V&V) of Electronic Navigation Equipment (RFI SOW § 4.6)
Providing On-site Technical Assistance Training for twenty (20) students (RFI SOW § 4.7)
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to determine the availability of qualified sources, including small businesses, to acquire the items and perform the services specified in the attached RFI Statement of Work (SOW).
Interested parties capable of meeting the requirements of the SOW § 4.3-4.7 are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities no later than the due date posted on this notice. The information submitted must include:
