Description
The Program for Advancing Supply Chain Outcomes (PASCO) is a commodity distribution program to improve life-saving commodity availability at service delivery points through Medical Stores Limited (MSL). PASCO takes the current third-party logistics (3PL) activity managed by the Global Health Supply Chain Procurement-Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project a step further by including last mile distribution and strategic logistics management. Under the leadership of USAID and in consultation with the MSL Team, the contractor will provide fourth party logistics (4PL) services which include but are not limited to distribution and transportation management.
