Employer's requirements: - Contractor must have permissions to perform specific activities or activities if the law imposes an obligation to have them, have knowledge and experience. - shipping for repair at the expense of POLREGIO S.AMałopolski Plant in Krakow. - return after repair at the expense and effort of the Contractor to the address of POLREGIO S.A. Rolling Stock Maintenance Section Sucha Beskidzka ul. Przemysłowa 1 34-200 Sucha Beskidzka.- warranty for repaired voltage separators for a period of 12 months - payment terms: bank transfer 30 days from the date receipt of the invoice. - Information on technical matters is provided by the Master of PRST Sucha Beskidzka, Mr. Kazimierz Zmija, tel. 782-556-153 or 505 396 620. It is hereby informed that in accordance with: a) Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835), b) Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in relation to the actions of Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No. L 229 of 31/07/2014, p. 1).
