The Land Leasing System (MVJ) is an information system owned by the Helsinki Urban Environment industry, which records information about the city's
rental sites and contracts. In addition to information management, the system includes, among other things, rents,
billing and the functionality of the accounts, andSupports the control of the terms of the contract. The system has been developed on an open source
principle and can be found at: https://github.com/city-of-helsinki/mvj. The acquisition focuses on the maintenance and further development services of the land rental system.
