The versatile document management system should allow, among other things:- Document management at different stages of the life cycle (nature, approval, archiving, destruction);- access to access and security levels;- knowledge classification;- version management and Audit trail monitoring; both- contract management and archiving. Delivery shall include system installation, configuration, possible deployment training and deployment support. Educational employees, who are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the system, must have security clarified. In addition, the acquisition includes maintenance service, which covers software version updates, security updates, technical support and fault management throughout the contract period. The purpose is to inform the market about future tendering, to map the market situation, allows you to submit comments from the future procurement (to the bid) and to obtain information on procurement so that the actual tender can be carried out in the most appropriate way.
