This announcement is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information / an invitation to a market dialogue. The Keski-Uusimaa welfare area (later the procurement unit) is preparing the procurement of refrigerators for the deceased to be carried out during 2026 and requests all actors interested in procurement to participate in the market dialogue. The main purpose of the procurement is to increase a total of 22-27 additional places for the deceased by tendering the purchase of refrigerators for the deceased to four establishments:- Hyvinkää: Nummisillankatu 2, 05900 Hyvinkää (8-10 places), - Järvenpää: Lääkärikuja 1, 04410 Järvenpää (4 places), - Mäntsälä: Kivistöntie 14, 04600 Mäntsälä (2-4 places) and- Nurmijärvi: Sairaalantie 2, 01900 Nurmijärvi (8-9 places). - from the end of summer 2026, the contract would be signed in the end of summer - early autumn and the refrigerators would be ready for use by the end of 2026. In addition, a service and maintenance contract for the refrigerators in question is considered as an option, so that the entire contract period of the purchase is a maximum of 48 months. Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi should become the sites of the deceased MARKET DIALOG Familiarization visits The procurement unit will organize a familiarization visit lasting no more than an hour at different installation locations during the week of 24, for which you must register in advance.
