UCD are seeking an organisation or consortium capable of designing, building, operating, and maintaining telecom infrastructure with a view toward commercial exploitation. Proposals will include models for revenue generation for UCD. A multi-year agreement is envisaged with the most suitable provider, but that will be subject to a separate tender process. This RFI is to solicit information which may feed into formulating a suitable specification for the tender process which may follow and does not form part of a competitive process.
