REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), located at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA, is conducting market research on behalf of the Human Resources and Organizational Management Branch (ARH). The purpose is to identify vendors capable of providing qualified instructors to deliver Project and Program Management Training Seminars to its Civilian Employees.

INTRODUCTION: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for market research and planning purposes. It provides industry an opportunity to ask questions and offer suggestions regarding the draft Performance Work Statement. The Human Resources and Organizational Management Branch (ARH) is seeking an experienced Contractor/Vendor to provide the mix of Project and Program Management (and related) training seminars which will provide their employees with an improved foundation of management tools. This request is not for consulting services.
