BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION REQUEST The city of Helsinki, the urban environment sector (hereinafter "KYMP") is preparing a tender for "Mobile maintenance and procurement of user services". Before starting the actual procurement procedure, KYMP maps market supply, willingness and interest to offer to the tender in question and seeks answers to questions related to the planned acquisition. The request for information is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but rather a market dialogue. The publication of a request for information does not start a tender.
