Puolustuskinteistöt, part of the Senatti group, is a strategic partner of the defense administration. Defense properties is responsible for the properties of the defense administration, their maintenance and organizing services in all security situations. Preparedness, preparedness and responsibility are at the center of all activities. Poõlustuskinteistöt plans to launch a tender for maintenance and repairs of refrigeration equipment as early as this year, 2026 during the period for the local units of Turku, Upinniemi and Raasepor. For other local units, tenders will be held in 2027. Senaatti kinteistöt will carry out the procurement on behalf of Puolustuskinteistöt. Senate Real Estate is in charge of the procurement process of practical implementation. The procurement decision and the contracts are made by Puolustukinteistöt.
