This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a request for information to potential bidders. This information request does not start a tender. The HUS corporation ("procurement unit") is preparing the purchase of individual orthoses for children. The object of the procurement is a service, the end result of which is the creation of individually manufactured individual orthoses for children and young people, orthopedic footwear and support insoles, as well as bar shoes. The procurement also includes ready-made footwear and support insoles that are not individually manufactured, but which include individually produced services (individual delivery). In addition to the above-mentioned products, the contract provides for the purchase of footwear modification work as a service (increases outside the footwear and footwear sleeves, other alterations to footwear). The procured products include work steps from measurement to commissioning. The orthoses, footwear or support insoles resulting from the process must be a finished product. It is therefore a matter of goods and service procurement, because it includes both product = individual orthosis or footwear or support insole and service = dimensioning of orthosis, footwear or support insole, delivery, etc.).
