THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT, NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. North Karelia procurement is preparing the procurement of a growth platform for the city of Joensuu for the contract period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 and as an option for one (1) year (until 30 June 2029). Information request attached is the tender request for the previous procurement (year 2023), which will be modified if necessary, e.g. based on the comments made in the request for information. Others too any comments, observations, etc. regarding the purchase are welcome. You can submit answers and comments by the deadline (January 30, 2026 at 12:00) via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal by answering the questions in the "Other conditions" section. You can also leave answers and comments by downloading the attachment in the "Submission" section of the Tender Service. The response to the request for information must also be sent from the Send button, so that the responses and the uploaded attachments reach the procurement unit. Comments, answers and questions can also be asked via the "Questions and answers" section of the request for information (by 11:55 on 30 January 2026). The questions asked in the request for information will not be answered.
