This announcement is not a preliminary announcement, a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a detailed market survey, i.e. a request for information regarding the purchase of calibration and maintenance services for automatic pipettes. The aim of this information request is to survey the market in relation to the object of the acquisition, to obtain comprehensive information about the object of the acquisition, so that the acquisition can be carried out in an appropriate manner. With this market survey, VTT is looking for service providers of the brands Sartorius, Finnpipette, ClipTip, Eppendorf, Brand as suppliers of calibration and maintenance services for mechanical and electronic automatic pipettes. The automatic pipettes that are the subject of this request for information are located at various VTT offices in Finland. Currently, VTT uses a different one model automatic pipettes. The service package must include as a complete service both the maintenance service of automatic pipettes and calibration using an accredited method (for example ISO 8655 or ISO 17025).
