EPA is seeking information from vendors that can sell a benchtop NMR capable of measuring the hydrogen content of petroleum products in accordance with ASTM D7171. In addition the instrument shall have the option of adding additional probes as described below.Specifications:• Probes for the following shall be included:o Phosphoruso Carbono Hydrogeno Fluorineo Lithiumo Tino Borono Xenono Sodiumo Vanadiumo Aluminumo Bromineo Silicono Seleniumo Nitrogen• Have a temperature range of 25 - 60 degrees Celsius• Instrument shall not require the use of a cryogenPLEASE IDENTIFY THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN IN YOUR RESPONSE.This Sources Sought is seeking authorized American products that meets or exceeds the above specifications. We encourage all vendors (large or small, USA or foreign made) that can offer products that meet the above requirements to reply with any technical specifications and/or material. Pricing is not required at this time. Responses to this RFI are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract of any nature.
