IN GENERAL This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, and the announcement does not start a tender. The aim of this request for information and market survey is to get more information about the alternatives on the market and to hear the suppliers' views on the procurement from the target, so that a possible subsequent tender can be carried out appropriately. Responding to a request for information or participating in a market survey has no effect on the position of market participants in the in the actual competition. BACKGROUND AND OBJECT OF PROCUREMENT The Digital and Population Information Agency (DVV) is planning and preparing a tender through which, based on the resulting contract or contracts, DVV can acquire, as needed, the data defined in the Election Act printing and processing services of election voting rights notices (so-called notice card) and their attachments, as well as other related printing, peeling and folding services.
