This is not a request for tender, a procurement notice or a preliminary notice, but a request for information and a notice to start a market dialogue as part of procurement planning. The city of Espoo has started the preparation for the procurement of relocation services and invites suppliers to participate in the market dialogue. Initially, the object of procurement is internal moves from one location to another within the city of Espoo.
