The AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch, WBAFB, Ohio is seeking capabilities package of potential sources for market research purposes only.
This notice is to identify potential sources capable of provide the feather banners and trusses for the United States Air Force Marathon located at WPAFB, held the third weekend of September each year, as well as other events produced by the USAF Marathon staff through the year. Installation and tear down services, as well as storage services when not in use are also required.

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/ REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) OR PROPOSAL. This announcement does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. It is for a potential nonappropriated fund (NAF) purchase. NAF purchases do not involve appropriated funds of the United States Government, nor does it involve federal tax dollars. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules do not apply and there is no requirement for set-asides. NAF funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
A solicitation for this requirement does not currently exist. The decision to solicit for a contract will be solely within the Government's discretion. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought is voluntary and will be used for market research. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for the submission of information in response to this notice.
