Pirkanmaa's welfare area is holding a competition for community-based tyhy activities. Community work well-being activities (hereafter tyhy activities) are jointly planned and jointly implemented activities that promote community and work well-being. For everyone the aim is to organize the opportunity for employees to participate in idle activities. The aim of the Tyhy activity is to promote not only working together and common goals, but also getting to know the members of the work community and joint leisure activities support by the employer.
