With market mapping, we find out about occupational safety notices and market for patient injury reporting solutions for a future planned acquisition. The object of the planned acquisition is a system for notification, reporting and analysis of occupational safety notifications and patient injury notifications. The system will to be part of the overall risk management of the welfare area. The goal of the procurement is a user-friendly solution that makes it possible to make at least the following notifications: - Dangerous situations related to patient care, both near-miss situations and adverse events - Danger notification made by a customer/patient/relative - Self-monitoring notification by a private service provider, i.e. people outside the organization can make a notification - Notifications of damage where the employee was exposed to a biological hazard - Data protection/information security notifications - Notification of suspected abuse (Whistleblower) - Positive notifications - EKI (improper treatment/behavior notification) The system also has at least the following features: - Reporting by patient advocates - Reporting by social workers - GTT, analysis of patient documents - Support for automatic analysis of patient documents The solution will be used throughout the welfare area.
