With this announcement, a market survey is carried out, the purpose of which is to map and find out how the solution to be procured is expedient to implement and acquire. The purpose is also to map the existing market situation in terms of solutions. The Legal Registry Center (ORK), which operates as a procurement unit, has launched a research project, the aim of which is to map artificial intelligence-based chat solutions (chatbots) and define in what way a chat solution could support the Legal Services Agency (OPV) activities. The Legal Services Agency (OPV) plans to introduce an artificial intelligence-based chatbot (AI assistant) to the opv.fi website. The goal of the acquisition is to improve the accessibility of online services, the ability to find information and the customer experience by offering users up-to-date answers based on the contents of the websites around the clock. Chatbot especially supports answering simple questions related to the use of services and transactions.
